A lovely Portrait with a certain appearance of contentment. A lot of Love in this woman's eyes. You are a very lucky Grandfather Bill, she is a Gem and I'm sure quite soon she will be sharing that love in a very new and special way.

I'll echo what Gail said about the feeling of contentment.  Very nice position in the frame and a bonus with catch lights in both eyes.  I like the choice of warm background colour, hot actually, and your use of the vignette to help anchor & contain your subject.  The scarf helps frame her face & compliments the background colour well.  Nice hair highlights too.  Gives me some ideas for my own photographic pursuits.  Best, LM.
