Sure, the lipstick to her lips might have added a bit more edge to the image, but this shot has a lot going for it nevertheless. You caught that belly-stroking, obviously satisfied diner and his lip-prepping companion beautifully.  Looks like they've shared years of holiday meals together. Well done!  Regards...Bill

Maybe it's just my projection but there's something a bit sad about this picture. The table seems like a wall between two people in a mariiage where all the steam has gone out of the relationship.

There was definitely some tension here. I couldn't help feeling for both of them . I don't know these people , but I thought they looked lonely & unhappy. Maybe their kids couldn't make it for the holiday. Or maybe they were a little unhappy about the $30 a plate for lousy buffet food & bad service. At any rate, they were the most interesting people in the room.
