I'm struck by the gradient of hard-lit, slightly underexposed solid rock in the lower left to diffusely lit, somewhat overexposed, ethereal atmosphere in the upper right, and it all blends wonderfully well.  This is a great study of light.

P.S, I almost commented this twice, ha! I should have said: This one is more like the first one I commented today, ha!

All I said in my comments on the last image apply here, but I like this one even more, if possible. The sky has better definition in this image. There is much to see and take in but all of it is worthwhile. Truly fine work Wanghan.

Very well considered and composed. This is a difficult shot to make and you have really excelled in geting the best from it.  The touches of light and contrasting shadow have been handled really well. Very well done!

Best Regards

Alf

Hi Wanghan,

The dynamic range for the sensor employed was really put to the test across this scene.

You did well with the image capture and the beautiful results are the reward for all of us to see.

Best Regards,  Mike
