stp 6 Posted April 7, 2012 This is quite a beautiful scene (but we must avoid asking how this lake got here). You've done well in retaining detail in the shadows, and you were fortunate to have some very good clouds in the sky. I've not yet tried the technique, but I have a feeling that focus stacking could have been used here to very good effect. Judging by your photographs, I'd say you had a great trip in the southwest. thadley 14 Posted April 7, 2012 Amazing scene and capture. I have made some changes to the tonal balance and if you are interested, drop me an e-mail. Link to comment
Pierre Dumas 258 Posted April 7, 2012 This none is much more dramatic, has a wonderful depth and perspective and the play of different lighting, lights and shadows makes the main thing which is the mood! Bravo once again master!Best regards!PDE Link to comment

w-j-li 0 Posted April 10, 2012 Richard,You would need 4 X 4 and go to the office by Big Water and ask for the condition. You could not go in if the road is wet. It is a late afternoon place. Good luck to you. Best Regards, Link to comment
