Very effective use of the slow speed to create an excellent image.The long high tree line really come out good to support that fleeing light beam .Bravo!

A common technique but in your hands, along with composition, it is a winner. I have rated it 6. It is a shame that images like are being rated in the 4 point something. Keep on producing these wonderful and beautiful images. It is also part of the reason why I might only put one image per month for rating.

Nice photograph........I like night photography :). It allows to experiment a lot with long exposures. Nice work.
