davidmccracken 2 Posted April 1, 2012 Robert Burns never did write a poem, 'To a toilet roll.' However, I thought the idea demanded a picture. Feedback appreciated. Link to comment
gsphotoguy 2 Posted April 1, 2012 Alas poor Charmin, I knew you well! She seems a bit too old to be playing with the toilet roll but I suppose we should never stop having fun. Well done, David! Link to comment

davidmccracken 2 Posted April 2, 2012 Niki, I am glad you like it. Thanks.Maurizio, I will let you into a secret. She didn't go out wearing it. Thanks for the kind words. Owen, I still haven't learned what people like and dislike. It is very humbling to know you appreciate it. Link to comment
Guest Guest Posted April 3, 2012 Is this what people mean when they talk about toilet humour?Did they even have toilet paper rolls when Burns was alive? Just curious.I like it. Link to comment
davidmccracken 2 Posted April 4, 2012 Sometimes I wish you wouldn't comment... I had to check.Robert Burns 25 January 1759 – 21 July 1796Toilet Paper (from Wikipedia) "the first documented use of toilet paper in human history dates back to the 6th century AD"However, I don't know if Robert Burns used it. I am quite sure he didn't use it in the way I have and he definitely didn't look as good as my model.I hope this helps. Link to comment
