Thanks Lannie. I think they must have just painted it! I cropped out most of the picture to get this.  It's hard getting good shots when you're facing the sun!

This was taken late in the afternoon and I was basically facing west. I

ended up standing in the shade of a large treet and shot handheld. Any

suggestions are welcome!

Thanks for your suggestion.  I desaturated this slightly - but I use Picasa so I can't just do the blues....
