The right one looks like a aristocrat, the left dog seems to be subordinate and has a precarious expression. I hope it will be a nice visit. Best regards.

Marco – Thank you for stopping by. My best quess is that the “aristocrat” might be of older generation and the “subordinate” a descendent. The situation did not allow so called open house visit – so it has to await, till my Spanish has improved:)

Trisha – I am glad you share enjoyful expression on their faces. I am not able to tell you the race, but these dogs are used for hunting in Spain, but as watchdogs too.

They had respect for long lens, which refers to hunting but did not carry on barking once we were strolling close to their fenced house near to a small park.
