Day Lily In White (View Larger)

Every time that this Day Lily blooms, I have wanted to photograph it,

but the idea of trespassing in my neighbor's yard and his free roaming

dog have discouraged me. I finally ventured there early one morning

just after daybreak and took my photographs.

Upon viewing my prize on the computer screen, my heart sank,

as not only were the flowers on the wane, but heavily lined, which

took away the softness I spied from a distance. My vision was

dissipating as fast as my desire to make something of my efforts and I

moved on to another photograph.

Yesterday, I decided to play with this image and see if I

could renew my first visualization into reality.

Hello Pixel Bender master! To make this beauty out of the picture of almost faded flower is a great artistry! I just now have one with pixel bender made, but it can't even compare to this one! Bravo my friend!
