This is a beautiful image--one in which the centered placement of the main subject really does work well.  Congrats!

One-third of the frame is nearly featureless black.  I think compositionally this would be much more appealing if you had just enough of the foreground to give a solid foundation for the tree, but then had 90%-95% of the framed filled with the tree and sky.  The tree has a wonderful shape, and centering it works very well. There is a lot of soft color in the sky, and lessening the exposure would bring more of this color out -- that's a very subjective call.  This is a great tree to visit throughout the year, if you are able; I wish I had such a photogenic tree near my town.  The conditions of the sky will make all the difference, and these are always changing.
