Saigon market

This could be a very good photo - but it is not. Reason, main interest (old lady) is almost visible here because everything is so sharp and you actually cannot take apart what is important and what is not and a BW doesn't help either. So, what you can do is :

1. blur the background

2. add some vignetting to the background (darken it)

3. depends on colours, but maybe leave it in coloured version (but with 1&2 applied).
