Still working on my 'layers' and this image resulted. I know it is a little

strange, but it works out well actually for a card I want to send a

friend of mind. We've been talking a lot lately, trying to figure out a

problem she is having. No clear decision has been made, but we

have come closer to similar conclusions. We had a few chuckles

along the way as we have been friends since childhood. (much

appreciation for your visit, sincerely, Gail)

This I like, especially how you have cleverly used the eye as a pivot to your image and acheived this veiled symmetry. The lower center needs something (a tail maybe?) or a tighter crop from the bottom.Just a first impression on this good image.

Good Morning Gail, Your creativity knows no bounds and that's good for us. The perfect merge at the eye is like an optical illusion to  me. You can look either way and see the horses head. This looks like a lot of work that results in an interesting image. Take care.

BR,

Holger

Many thanks for those kind words Holger. It does take awhile to accomplish, and I have much to learn about textures and layers, but also time is spent with other layers that I often find are not necessary in the final image.

Truly appreciate your input and so happy that you liked this image. It is not to everyone's taste I imagine.

Sincere regards, Gail

The lower centre image is of 2 horses merged. From the middle if you look carefully you will see the faint image of a neck and mane on either side going to the right and left. The 'hind end's ' of the horses are more just beyond the 2 horse heads in the middle.

Your thoughts were echoed by myself while working on this image, but I was not sure what to add to the image. I will think about it and if I come up with something that works, I will send you a copy. Thankyou for offering your suggestions, it is truly appreciated.

Once I had the 'eye' lined up - I knew that this was the main focus of the image, so glad you 'saw' that.

many thanks for your support, visit and input, most sincerely, Gail

Hi Gail, I actually really like this image, I guess humans are drawn to symmetrical lines, well I am anyway. The eye in the middle reminds me of the US one dollar bill with the pyramid and the eye. Great texture colours and tones, I think this one is a winner very well done Gail. PS thanks very much for your very kind comments on some of my posts. Warm regards Grant.

Actually I was thinking of the US One Dollar Bill while doing this image. I had watched a Brad Meltzer Decoded program a few weeks ago where they were talking about the Pyramid and Eye on it, and I had never noticed. But the more I thought about it, I thought it rather odd.

I'm glad you liked this one Grant and I appreciate you sharing your input with me.

Many thanks for taking the time to drop by and share your thoughts.

Warmest regards, Gail
