I imagine you intentionally created lighting that would cause some portions to disappear into the very bright spot in the background, so I'll leave that to a matter of style and personal preference.  More problematic for me are the background elements that appear behind her; I think they really compete for attention, especially when I can't easily determine if something is a part of the model or background.
