mike_palermiti 3 Posted March 22, 2012 Hi Lannie,I have seen plenty of images on PN that are not this good looking as from your old iron horse !Nice work, my friend.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted March 23, 2012 Thanks, Mike. I guess that I am trying to show that old cameras should not be sitting in glass-enclosed cases of collectors.I would like a decent wide-angle Nikon lens to use with this thing, though. I'm just not willing to lay out a lot of money for one.--Lannie Link to comment
mike_palermiti 3 Posted March 23, 2012 Hi Lannie, I take the same position, do not allow fine cameras and lens to collect dust or remain behind a glass enclosure. I use everything that I own.Come visit me with your Kodak Pro as I can fit several fine wide angle Nikkors on the body. The early 24mm and 28mm F/2.8 are good for that camera,. and you can often get great prices at KEH camera. The older ( faster) 35mm F/1.4 is outstanding when stopped to F/2.8, too.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 65 Posted April 15, 2012 Mike, let me belatedly say that I did finally pick up the Nikon 24mm f/2.8 secondhand and went on to use it for shots in this folder.--Lannie Link to comment
