Landrum Kelly 64 Posted March 19, 2012 Thanks, Diane. Yes, the light was perfect. The camera ran out of battery power shortly after these shots were taken, even before the sun disappeared entirely.--Lannie Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted March 19, 2012 This was cropped out (as a 100 percent crop as viewed on "Large") from the same file that was used for "Third Creek Presbyterian Church":http://photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=15380952&size=lg--Lannie Link to comment

mike_palermiti 0 Posted March 20, 2012 HI Lannie,I use the same lens with my Kodak Pro cameras. It is a good match up of the lens characteristics to the sensor used.I like the rich colors displayed, as this was one of the strengths of the Kodak Pro series DSLR, fine colors.Best Regards, Mike Link to comment
Landrum Kelly 64 Posted March 21, 2012 Thanks, Mike. I didn't really think about the framing of this one, since I simply wanted to show more detail. I should have cropped a little further left, as Jamie said. That is indeed a very good Nikon lens for the money. I paid $300 for it at KEH.com. It looks new.--Lannie Link to comment
