This is a really amazing image Dave. Those colors in the sky are very special. I don't usually see those shades of turquoise and orange. And the tack sharp foreground that is so nicely lit from the side really take this image to the next level. This is at least a solid 6 in my book.

Very evocative colors.

I like this type of composition.  I understand the use of the grad to darken the sky.  However, the water is now a bit too light and so you should consider darkening it.  Regards, Jeff
