parthasarathi,  interesting composition, good colors and also nice light. i have never been to fussed on copyrights and watermarks,  especially when they are placed on the image itself,  if you feel you really need to have on your image a suggestion would be place it outside the frame or beneath your border.  just a suggestion. nice work!
