jlg 0 Posted March 10, 2012 Framing, lighting and subject are fine, but IMHO it is a bit underexposed and the movement is also a bit excessive. I like the view from top. Link to comment
wolfgangarnold 142 Posted March 10, 2012 Caixa forum has a unique architecture. I'd agree to José's first point that this seems to be a bit underexposed. However, the composition - especially usage of lines is almost perfect (I wonder whether cropping the foreground element in the lower right corner might even improve it a bit). What really works great is, how the traingle starting in upper left corner opens towards the two persons - well timed! And, from my point of view, motion blur is not too much - it's just right and a welcome counterpart to metal surfaces and strict lines.Best regards, Wolfgang Link to comment
tamaramar 0 Posted March 11, 2012 I think it is just a nicely composed and well timed picture. Motion is perfect. Just because it is good you can play with cropping, exposure and everything else - you are it's creator after all. Best regards, Tamara Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted March 11, 2012 I like the composition all together.I like the play of light on the steps, darker on the upper part and getting lighter on the lower (or vs). The lines are creating many triangles and I like the way the human figures are like "melting"into the steps. Very nice angle chosen, that opens like a" flower" going up.Interesting place , well executed. Link to comment
elportebonheur 0 Posted March 11, 2012 Great graphical effect; very good combination of movement, lines and colors. Compliments Link to comment
jmarcraveau 0 Posted March 13, 2012 I like both your first version and this one. In both, I like the geometry and the light giving a metallic aspect to the form. I like also the blur of the persons with nicely contrast with the strict straight lines. Of the two I prefer this one with only two persons. It's less crowded to my taste allowing my eyes to enjoy the movement and the shapes. Regards, Jean-Marc Link to comment
Jack McRitchie 150 Posted March 14, 2012 This has a bit of the feeling of an M.C. Escher print with its fool-the-eye geometry. Link to comment
dgv 1 Posted March 25, 2012 This sort of picture is the kind that I find very attractive, very artistic. Link to comment
