I like the way the foreground trees frame the ones in the background. Nice "tri/quadtonish" combination of colors too. The deep depth of field/focus works well. Looks like a winner to me!..:)

original composition. Nicely done. If there is anything at all that I would change, then it would be to get the horizon line cut across the frame right through the middle. A crop may not solve the problem, because the branches at the top of the frame are absolutely required. Good eye.

As my long-time favourite shot of yours, Eric, this thread feels like a good place to reflect on how strong the whole folder is. Excellent work.

Really really good composition, very unusual... deserves a place in a museum! seems to me like a long painting is hung on a wooden wall...

This adds a whole new dimension to the 'near far' concept. Each element works together to compliment the whole, and I am seriously impressed that nothing overlaps. This is my favourite of a very strong folder.
