Well it takes all kinds to make a world, so 'they' say. I just get to the point where "I don't UNDERSTAND' !!!! But usually when ones are dressed so outlandishly, they want attention, 'MISSION ACCOMPLISHED' !!!

I wonder if they wrote 'personal vows' to each other???
