The eternal question ! I did not do a special layer to push the contrast on

the bridge on the color version yet.

I like this night winter scene,water and clouds look excellent with long exposure you did,crisp snow well seen in large view,nice one,cheers.

Hi Martin,

I like both the color and the BW versions. Both have their different strengths. Why do you have to choose one or the other?

Seven all the way for it takes work to do something like this, calculating the wind speed even! 30sec of exposure and nothing motion blurred, wonderful night tones and street lights without wires and cables...it's not an everyday picture as I said!

Winter is around the corner even though something of a heatwave has been promsied for the rest of August. Your picture took me back to last winter when there was a little more certainty and hope in life.
