Intertidal Moon

This image really grabbed me when I started looking at the current monthly project.  The light shining on the water just pulls the eye right to the brilliant full moon.  The blue tones are vivid, especially given the night sky.

In short, this photograph is magnificent.  It is going in my "Favorites," and I would be proud to have a copy hanging on a wall in my house.

As with Michael, this image just pulled me in. First viewing was on the monthly project homepage previews. The colors are magnificent as is the tonal range. An exceptional piece of photography and post processing. Can only imagine how this looks in print.
