This shipwreck is also known as Bad Eddie, thanks for watching...

It was a very good idea to put the horizon in a diagonal. It increase the idea of a shipwreck.

You place yourself in front of the fallen pole, that also gives great lines to the picture and it guides our eyes to the main subject.

 

Great work with the black and white tones. Clear sand and dark sky is very good to.

You have a terrific point of view from anchor-point of this piece of the wrecked ship, and the B&W processing is also great.  The 45-degree tilt of the photograph ruins the visual experience for me, however.  I don't need a tilt to get the idea of a shipwreck; you've already captured that exceptionally well before you did the tilt.  The gimmick has ruined a fine photograph, IMO.

it`s really hard to say, all i know is, some might like it, some might not? my intention was to composed it with anchor in right down corner, just saw it that way as a best option for its mood... i am seeing things my way...thanks for comment Stephen, i do appreciate it :)

Slavomir, my son will often tilt the camera, especially when photographing people.  It has generated some interesting discussions between the two of us.  His basic reasoning is he just wants something "different."  My lighthearted counter-argument is that if he wants something different, go all the way and turn it upside down.  He continues to tilt, and I continue to shoot level; we all have our preferences.

Slavomir, I think you have created a great image. The contrast of tones and composition caught my eye however the more I look at it the greater the appeal. I think it is good story well told and yes I do think the tilt complements the story. Regards. Bob
