hstelljes 41 Posted March 15, 2012 Hello, This is an excellent landscape. From the DOF to all its ingredients and the composition. Just curious why did you B&W the sky? Although I like it very much the way it is. Take care.Holger Link to comment
rekaras 0 Posted March 15, 2012 Thanks for the comment. The sky within this image was very uncomplimentary a blue I really thought was doing nothing to benefit the image itself. I had take a couple of color image before where the foreground was full color but the light in the sky and clouds was a unusual black and white and I like it so i thought I'd apply it to this image. The detail in the cloud structure was amazing and I liked the way it turned out. Thanks again, rek. Link to comment
Christal1664882414 0 Posted March 16, 2012 I need to brush up on my observation skills. I didn't even realize you had converted to sky to B&W. On many occasions I've seen totally bland (gray) skies, and I guess I didn't think it looked too unrealistic. At any rate, it's a wonderful image, and I can't really offer any constructive comment.
