Etosha birdlife, Namibia

This on shot with a Canon EOS 3000 on Ektachrome E100 VS slide

film and processed later with Lightroom 3.2. I'm unsure of the species,

but these birds were all over Etosha, Namibia (the very Northern end of

the country). I'd love to know if anyone has any ideas.

I believe it is a male Northern Black Korhaan (Afrotis afraoides).  It is a fairly common resident of scrubby grasslands of southern Africa and especially Etosha National Park.
