Budding Belarus Photographer Searching for a Composition

This young Belarus student, digital camera in tow and dressed in Soviet-era

style that is still prevalent in Belarus, saw me aiming my telephoto lens.

She didn't realize that I was taking a picture of her and looked to her rear to

see if she had missed a photo opp that I had spotted.

Hi GungJim, this is great. I like the movement, the wind in the wisps of hair, the foot moving and the swirl in the skirt. I like the off center composition, the lines of the fence/railing lead my eyes behind her. I bet this would look good in B&W as well. Your explanation really adds to the image.
