 I like the feeling of wind blown hair but since her eyes are looking to picture left, the head and eyes should be more to picture right [give the eyes more space to look through on the left]  Maybe a touch more sharpness in the face.

The capture is well done.

Both presentations shown have their respective merit.

I find that seeing a good looking woman does not require "eye" contact, as this capture has more of the candid appearance than one shot in a formal studio setting.
