Look, I'm well aware that were it not for ducks and their close kin, such as squirrels, bunnies and pigeons, camera makers would probably go out of business, but that is no good reason to spend thousands of dollars on expensive equipment to inflict pictures of ducks on the Internet. That is madness. Ducks in flight, in polluted ponds at the park, at the petting zoo, in suburban malls during Easter --- they’re all just ducks. Deeply stupid, selfish, almost-animals. The only good thing about a duck is it rhymes with my favorite word, and the only good thing about this picture, which I generously rated 3/3, is it’s not another boring sunset.

Or a dumb industrial landscape? :)

the greens in the background are great, but in the foreground, where it's arguably the brightest, the green starts to become washed out and the grass less interesting. The attention of the geese draws in the viewer, transition from left through the images seems to work, but the white rock is a distraction,

A sweet image; I for one like viewing photos of ducks and many other forms of wildlife and I don't particularly care if they rhyme with certain words or not! This is a beautiful, peaceful image of a sweet family outing. Very well done. Thank you for sharing. :)
