i see more structures in the sky as in the prevoious version

Good colors. I like the mistiness of this photo. Nice added interest with the boat. I might crop a bit off the right and square it up a bit to make the sunpath more obvious.

Looks a bit like soft focus. It dose create extra mood . however not as good as the other shot. Regard sPK.

It is a really nice sunset photo and it would score near max, but a lack of sharpness is the major problem. Why f/22? You don't have a very close subject requiring great depth of field. You might think that the higher the f stop the sharper the photo. It's actually quite to the contrary (laws of physics), and in practice f/5.6-8 give it the sharpest. Autofocus may have contributed to it as well. I would focus on seagulls & turn the auto off to make a photo. Cropping out the right part just a little bit would also help.
