It is a nice inversion of an abstract with a touch of blue. To my imagination( no wonder....;-))it looks like  two "dancers"....simple nice abstract forms.

A fabulous and natural abstract. It has a sense of a section of a planet in a galaxy far, far away. Especially when you see the stars in the upper right section. Thank you for your recent and useful comments.

PS I am sad to see this at 4.6 average rating but lots of people don't rate these days and those that do vary adversely to what they rate. A 6 from me.

Pnina....that's what I love about abstracts......they mean different things to each individual.  Thanks for being the first to 'give this a little love'.  :-)

Tony....I was about to delete this because though it has had over 300 views, there were no comments until you and Pnina.  I like it too, so thanks for the vote of confidence.  I actually have several other ice images in my portfolio that I've given names to do with the solar system.  That's exactly what it reminds me of also.

Yes, an original sight and abstract, Christal -- A good eye you have..! Although I like your presentation of this, I wonder what this would look like if you gave the 'ice-dancers' a bit more space all around (specially on the RHS  & below) -- a little more 'podium' so to speak (possibly a bit darker (ice) at the edges)...?  Anyway = just a thought - am thinking out loud here... I like it as is already :-)  Kind regards to you, Marjolein

Theodore and Sadegh.....thanks for taking the time to comment.  Glad you like it!  Good to hear from you both!

Marjolein, you're always exploring new ideas with regard to images, which I appreciate.  I'll play with your ideas and see if I like the improvements.  I do like how the one formation extends off the edge on the right, but I could still offer a bit more space on the bottom right.  I'm sure the original will allow for this.  Thanks, and it's good to hear from you!

Hello Christal: First, I want to thank you for your kind words. I had not seen your work before, but now that I have, it is difficult not to follow more of it. I chose this image (not easy among so many great shots) because it transmits great sensibility. This is a very elegant image, artful and worthy of any gallery. Best of luck, congratulations and regards.
