Of course this fellow was in shade. I went for flash and here it didn't

fire. Looks like motion blur on the wings at 250th? Comments,

critiques appreciated.

I think it's a great shot and any slight wing blur is of no consequence.  Having had a pair of Cooper's living in our neighborhood for years  I can appreciate both their hunting skill and the difficulty of getting a good shot of them.  Excellent... Mike
