Bright, colorful, backl-lit, very good clarity - eye candy indeed! I might have darkened the very white bokeh on the right side - just a tad.

Quite spectacular .. I rushed to see the camera settings, but it's not that, some people just have the magic touch. Really superb, bravo.

Nothing I do ever turns out looking even remotely like this. One question I ask myself is whether I am wrong to atempt it with a hand held camera ..?

Tony, you seem to have a talent for finding those items I wrestle with prior to posting.  The full sized 16 bit tiff image imparts more definition to the white, making it OK (to my eye). No matter how hard I try, when I go from a 50M file to a 1.5M something important is lost.

John, Thanks for dropping in.  This was hand-held at 1/60 second.  If I were photographing the beauty's you are so famous for, I would need a tripod as I likely would be sweating too hard to hold on to my camera :- )

Dom,

Lighting and color here are amazing. Hand held? Even at 1/60 with the 100mm,, (I don't think it has stabilization, does it? mine doesn't) that's pretty good!

Thanks,

Greg
