IR duotone

Is the coloring of this infrared too extreme for you ? Or do you like

the atmosphere ?

Fantastic! Not too extreme for me. It really grabs the eye. I've been meaning to try an infrared with my Sony Digital and you've inspired me to act. This image is excellent just the way it is, but I wonder what it would look like with the church colored red or some other color, leaving the reflection white?

You know what? When my eyes came across this thumbnail, I saw your name and thought that here is another great winter image in the style of Jaap Hart... The white trees and the reflection caught my attention immediately. The unusual tones made me enlarge this for closer inspection.

Aha, IR film and toned during the post processing. Well, you certainly have achieved a dramatic result and although I felt sort of cheated by my initial reaction, I don't mind being cheated in this fashion, by a quality image.

Superb. I love those mixed IR / colour imùages. I think the colouring is OK. Maybe the trees are a little too white.
