Great sense distance in this photo.  The sky meets with the stone-road rock-formations in the distance.  Excellent use of colour as well, good capture.

A very unique perspective of this spot.  I like the low angle of the sun and the shadows and highlights on the rocks and the tree.  The lines lead your eye to the tree and the the sky ( did you dodge the sky? ) .  Since the tree is the center of attention, I think, I wonder if you got closer to the tree if it would have even been more of a focal point.  I love the image, but the tree gets a little lost in the image.  Nice job!!
