Rajat, I was traveling in a car on the outskirt of Kolkata.  There was smog( smoke + fog) and early morning sun rays gave me a photo-opportunity.  I just shot, through the car-window. I have a cropped a bit to eliminate distraction. Thank you very much for your feedback and liking the shot.

Pierre, your appreciation is valuable to me. It was not dust, but smog(fog & smoke) which hangs over the city causing air-pollution.It reduces visibility. I am uploading a shot to give some idea of smog.
