Many thanks for your comments.

Picture of the wave itself was taken sometime in December of '88 at North Pacific (south of Kodiak Island, Alaska) during the storm so the height of the wave was at least 12 mtrs.

Sky/clouds were taken in September of '96 - I was in Slovenia and the clouds in the sky were sudenly moving very fast, changing composure, anyhow, in a same way as you can see in every movie with a cataclism to come. Few hours after that I learned that there was an earthquake at Ston (near Dubrovnik).

Unfortunately I didn't have the video camera at the time (and the cellphones as we have today were just in the Star Trecks) but I took few pictures of the sky which I happily use every now and then, when I need to make some impression.

Anyhow, these pictures were taken on good old film with my good old Pentax MX and a photos were scanned and put together in Photoshop 2.

It was intended for a CD cover but in the end was not used.

Hope that this info is useful and that you will enjoy and my other images in my portfolio.

Keep on good work Lars - especially BW - sands looks good.

John, no photos?

Beautiful composition, Nebojsa.  I was immediately drawn in by the thumbnail in the critique stream and the full photograph doesn't disappoint. Your blending is flawless and I'm really impressed with the subtle difference in tonality between the sky and sea.  There is something very dramatic and magical about this photograph that I want to remain a mystery.  Excellent work, I have nothing negative to offer.

nebojsa,  very powerful image,  has a lot of mood.  would just not like to have anything to do with this sea, other then view as a image.  nice work!
