Armansky ridge

I like the perspective of this image, the mountains leading down toward the sea and the clouds closer to the water. However, there are two problems I have - the first is that of composition: the hiker is marching out of the frame and is so small that he is lost. Including a figure in this type image can provide a sense of scale, but when the figure is marching out of the frame and is also so distant and small that sense of scale is lost. The second issue is that of exposure and color. Because of the haze typical of high altitudes, I would have used a polarizer to bring out the blue of the sky and ocean or a split ND filter to balance the differing light.
