"Just How I Feel As I Got GREAT News Today..."

This lovely cardinal expresses me today! She is confident and strong

in her pose and her head feathers display "I'm here to stay" message.

You see, I had a total hysterectomy on the 20th of January as

cervical cancer was setting up and my oncologist wanted to remove

everything that cancer could thrive in or invade so everything was

removed. Today I went for my followup and got a clean bill of health

as the pathology report was clear on the organs removed so I, like

this lovely cardinal, feel confident and strong as well as feeling as

if I'm gong to be around a bit longer so I can enjoy what life has in

store for me.

To hell with the Cardinal........... your news is fantastic and I am so pleased for you.............. The big C hangs like the "sword of Damacleus" over our heads, and your victory is amazing and fantastic............ well done.

My partner has gone through the Masectomy side of this dreaded disease, very recently, and this weekend we celebrate the end of her treatment with a long weekend away to the country with our Sony's.
