Hi Pnina!

I can feel some tension in this women's face...I think it's natural when you play in such a level...

You got it in your photo!

(a small/big remark: to improve the photo skill of everybody, it would be nice to know the technical details of the photo...)

Regards

Thanks for stopping by and your nice comment. As I have explained in the past , as a lot of my photos here at PN were taken out and used in other internet sites( with my name but not any permission) I don't usually write the exif in the hope that it will be harder to violet the copyrights....in any event here they are: F4, 1/400 s,  ISO -800, Camera- Canon 5D mark II, lens 70-200 - 200mm. I hope it helps, it  is in the middle of a concert so she was really in the music somewhere....;-))

Pnina...this is wonderful.  She is definitely concentrating on her performance.  This is a great capture, and I thank you for sharing this moment.

This is a great moment that presents musician´s feeling, expression and concentration. I like the tonality and light contrast that work very well with the moment. Very stong image, Pnina.

Thanks, I think that  it is one of the best photos I took of Shlomit, the skilled  violinist, and organizer of the ensemble. Thanks again for the feedback..!

She looks pained.  The hand almost seems disconnected from her.  Being a professional musician is an odd combination of human as spirit pairing with human as machine.

Jeff, thanks for both your impressions. Interesting!  as she has a very nice emotional personality in her music  as well as in  general life... So I saw it ( probably as I know her and love her), as spiritual and not a  mechanical  moment/composition....;-)).
