Evening on Drake's Island

You did a great job capturing the incredible color of sunset on the distant horizon. I also like how the land across from the beach is included to help provide a sense of scale, but more important, to help define the image itself. The only thing I might have done different would be to eliminate most of the foreground rocks and the pilings on the far right. I'm not sure they add anything to the image and if you look at the image without the foreground, the sunset and houses in the distance stand out stronger. But, what wonderful color!

Eyes are lead  to splendid horizon line and clouds,so I agree previous opinion about to cut maybe a part of foreground,just another opinion,best regards.
