elportebonheur 0 Posted January 30, 2012 This is a strong photo. The story is revealed at first glance and evokes an emotional response from the viewer that ultimately makes the image memorable. Great title, great b/w - compliments! Link to comment

tonyfrench 0 Posted January 30, 2012 Andrea, I like the perspective and the way you've composed this with the circular part of the walkway and the circular reflection in the upper left corner. The white slats of the furniture piece draws our attention to the couple, who seems to be starting their life together. The light over the water and the textures of the walkway are also nicely done elements in this. Link to comment

benhuybrechts 0 Posted February 4, 2012 Hello Andrea,I read once in a photography "Learn the rules, then break the rules." This is one of these pictures, the subject is covering only 1/8 of the picture. You broke the "fill the frame" and "rules of third" rule.Nevertheless this is a very strong image, as said before for me this is because it triggers an emotional response by the viewer. Very strong work,Ben Link to comment
3m 0 Posted February 11, 2012 I really appreciate your eye in this composition, Andrea. The curved lines and textures of the balustrade form an interesting contrast to the static darkness of the water beyond. The couple adds an interesting, flowing movement & the bedboards coincide in an odd way with the textures of the balustrade & the reflections in the upper left corner of the photo... I saw that you decided to get the F5 in the end -- Your analog endeavor seems to really be paying off :-) Ciao! M Link to comment
Tanja 0 Posted February 14, 2012 In a way very mysterious picture :)...is it a rivers unknown waters, or dream dreamed along.... or the story witch, every persons best quadruped friend, the bed, can say.... or something else we trashed or even didn't see is the best in our lives... Link to comment
