Yes. I like the man's face, cigar and hat. Unfortunately, the photo feels unbalanced to me. I would like to see the top of the hat, but its not that big a deal. What is a big deal to me is where he is placed in the frame. If you are not going to reveal any part of his body, then I think you need to find a place for his head  in the frame that makes it feel like he belongs in the frame. Right now he is drifting off the top and all that extra blackness at the bottom doesn't seem to have a point. Soooo, I would center his head a bit more if you want to leave the body black. It it were my photo I would leave him where he is, but make his body slightly visable. Good shot !
