JeffBryce 0 Posted January 29, 2012 Gorka, I really like the composition. The sun seems a bit blinding to me (which I know is natural in this situation!), so I would have a tendency to darken the upper left area, if possible. All the best, Jeff Link to comment

joseph_eiche 1 Posted January 31, 2012 This photograph does all the right things.Composition is well thought out with nice lines created by the path which itself has an interesting texture. Well placed horizon with the sun, complete with diffraction spikes, sitting low near the water. The composition creates nice depth.Exposure is well done considering the sun is your face and is casting off nice warm tones. There isn't too much heavy contrast, was this processed through some kind of HDR program? The sky sort of has that HDR processed look. It isn't unpleasant just makes me wonder. This is a nice looking photograph. If you can shoot this again maybe add someone walking or looking out from the path.Nice work. Link to comment
gorka 0 Posted January 31, 2012 Hi Joseph, Thanks for your nice comment. This image was made with an ND grad, so no HDR software was involved. I also took a second image with the same parameters but without filter just to bring back the detail on the top left rock. I also used a third image with my finger covering the sun in order to kill the flare, so I used this shot to eliminate all the unwanted flare and keep only the star burst. I hope this clarify your doubts. Rgrds, Gorka. Link to comment
