A January Nature Shot

This is a beautiful shot! How exciting to find such a vibrant red on a stick! Your use of light really highlights all the color here. The deep blues of the background set it all off beautifully too!

Thanks, the back ground is the typical winter blue in the shadows, the sun low in the sky, a few rays of sunshine back lit a dormant raspberry branch. Sometimes you can find interesting shots looking at the smallest things, had I walked at this same spot an hour earlier or later, this shot would not have happened.
