Hi Rajat,

This is always an interesting scene to view.

I particularly like the Sun's ray pattern at the left edge of the domed surface.

This is a natural "diffraction effect" from the use of F/16. The iris blades cause the light to spread around the stop, making this effect apparent for brighter  sources like the Sun, Moon, stars, street lamps bright reflections and so on.
