I am pretty much a beginner.. rating other peoples pictures... I sometimes don't even understand my own..

I love the colors and the lighting in your picture. The blurred movement of the people gives it some kind of 'ghostly' experience.. great shot.

Are these your photos on display? I'd be curious to see those ones. :-)

This shot is only so-so for me. I can't see any real subject of interest.

The blurred figures of the longer exposure is semi-interesting (which implies that the one man was staring really intently at something! --- maybe that was your intent?) ... but again it's something you see a lot of (maybe I'm getting jaded browsing all the images at this site :-) ). About the only other element of interest for me was the zig-zag line formed by the top of the display-walls ... but it doesn't lead the eye to anything interesting, nor is it that strong a framing element.

The motion blur gives this photo something symbolic. I find the image build up very good and the availability of mixed light is very well transformed into the photo.

I really like this one, David. The varied light, the display boards crossing the frame and, of course, the two blurred and one non-blurred figures. For a background with detail, I like the shapes behind the boards. It might look interesting with a uniformly dark area behind it, giving the foreground activity an isolated feeling. (IMHO, of course) Good capture.

This photograph is simple, well composed and artistic. I love it. I wonder if you have any more photographs that show movement. If you do, please upload them. I love this one!

I love the different speeds the people move at. One is so still he appears sharp, another looks like she just stared moving, and some others are just racing by.

I think it's a good composition, but there's something that's doesn't work... I don't know what it is, perhaps the background too dark. However it's a quite good shot.

I remember that you had always been hunting for a capture that consists of mostly blurred people and one person sharp. And now you've succeeded. The sharp guy does seem to forever involved himself with display while the world kept on turning. Good one, David.

Interesting how you can have two elements (still and movement) in one shot and portray it very successfully. Works for me!
