Such a beautiful 'vista' Tony. Beautiful detail in the foreground, and I have not missd the 'crab' on the driftwood. Wonderful POV that has my line of sight in view of that old ship, I imagine perhaps ran into a 'coral reef'??

Beautiful sky that ties all the colours in together. Lovely work Tony.

Warmest regards, Gail

Technically this is a very strong photograph - the exposure is spot-on, the colours are interesting but for the sake of the exercise I would like to see the horizon straightened. But maybe there is a reason why it is like this.

Tony...  A compelling photograph that invites contemplation.  We go to sea in ever complex vessels, but it is the simple life of the crab that prevails.  Excellent shot... Mike

not only the composition but also the coloring is very fine harmonised! I would also have tried a deeper POV to make the crab bigger, maybe also only with the stones in the foreground. Best regards.

I love the variety in your photography.  Always interesting, often beautiful, and never boring.  Aloha.

Gail - thanks for your kind words. I think it hit rocks like a cruise ship recently in the news.

Ovidiu: Glad you liked it.

Jamie: "like a painting" - thanks. I would like to acquire those software 'painting' skills.

El - thanks for the constructive comments. You do have eagle eyes. I will get my software tool to check that horizon.

AK: It has been a while but never too late. Thanks for stopping by.

Katie:  Thanks - I visited your spiral staircase earlier on.

Kawan - thanks for telling me that you like it.

Richard L - it was my trusty 10-20mm (Sigma)

Richard JEd. Thanks.

Patsy: I am happy to share.

Burak: I agree with making the crab bigger by getting closer. I got this shot first. When  was getting closer, the crab got nervous and ran away.

JOScelyn _ have a great day and Thanks.

Dominick: Having variety might be a reason why growth in photographic knowledge and 'better' images may be stunted.  All the best and aloha to you also,
