Good composition, well lit, but it seems a shame that there are no pasers-by to give it some context.

 

Image seems slightly tilted to the left, or is that just my imagination?

Your observation about no passerby is well taken, the picture now suddenly looks empty since you mentioned it. As for tilt, I have tried my best to see but I cannot so I give you the benefit of doubt, it could be, lets see what other's have to say about that.

I think you may see the slightly tilted to the left if you look at the frontmost pillars, at the bottom, you will notice a tad bit more concrete on the front of the bottom left one.... But I think it's a great shot... I like the way the lines in the bricks give you a real feel of the depth of the photo. I also think the colors are great...
