Pink and Grey Galah

It was really dark in there. Louise says that there is noticable grain in the larger image, and she is probably quite correct (would I ever argue??).

Nevertheless, I just like the dymanics of this image, which I took whilst waiting for my morning coffee to cool.

I would have done better had I removed the 2x (which I was using on the smaller birds that were present before these flew in).

Thanks for stopping by and leaving your observations. These regular visitirs to the backyard get up to all sorts of antics, but one has to be looking TTL and patiently wait for something different to happen. Split second stuff, and boy can the camera/lens get heavy after a while.
