Isabell - All Alone

I like the scene but the photo is too dark (perhaps in combination with the model being horizontal) to hold my interest for very long.

The very subdued lighting, confined primarily to her face and upper body, combined with the somewhat sunken cheek, partially clothed body, and prone position all combine to support what you suggest in your title:  someone alone and in anguish.  Very nicely done.
